For the Beautiful People of Planet Earth...

Nearly 2 and a Half Hours of New Music!

...So I've been a Jazz fan for some time now. My music has sniffed around the edges of the territory, and dipped in here and there. Since I got hooked on jazz it's always been a dream of mine to make some jazz music of my own. Guess what people of Earth, dreams Do come true!

I was introduced to Jazz at a young age, via various forms of media. Old cartoons(Looney Tunes, Pink Panther, and most notably The Peanuts), old television...stuff like Twilight Zone, and old movies...never even thinking I was hearing jazz. When I got older I took matters into my own hands and went from there. Thus a beautiful monster was born.

As I have the tendency to over do things, a song become songs. When it was all said and done I was left with tracks upon tracks, hours upon hours... All of this music will be released, but I have so much new stuff, it won't be until far into the future. I am so excited about this, that I couldn't wait to release some of it!

This is my hand picked mix of the whole lot. Not necessarily the best, but some of my favorites. Something to hold us all over until the time is right! You'll see all of this and much more as time goes on.

I wanted to emulate my heroes in the field, but stamp my own signature sound on these songs. I feel like I did that. If nothing else I am extremely pleased with the results, I hope you are too. When I listen to these cuts I hear snatches of some of my favorites, and at the same time I hear Shötgun Piñata.

I tried to mix this up and hit on a lot of the sub genres. You'll hear my takes on classic bop, a lot of fusion... with definite funk and soul flavors...a few dips into salsa/Latin ... some West Coast aka Cool Jazz, and I even flip over into prog territory(progressive rock owes a great deal to some of the heavier fusion in the late 60s early 70s) to name a few!

So here are my favorites, in a playlist I best suits them. I wanted to bring you this hearty meal of Jazz...and here it is...

Grab it, tell the world, share it among your dearest, feel it, love it, and enjoy it... Play It LOUD!

"among an impossible pile
of rubble and wreckage
lay the Beast
resting...licking it's wounds
a dull medal hangs lifelessly
on it's neck...constant reminder
of a prize it lost long ago
watch on it's wrist
stuck...
roaring for attention
no one answers
it for a moment he just sits still
like an unanswered phonecall
or a letter never returned
paranoia gently cools the heated hues in his brow
and just above the odor of his anger
the aroma of a broken engine wafts subliminally
he looks for it to pin it down
but he can only taste
it's bitter flavor
it stains his tongue like
bad medicine
and he gags at the after taste
...I'm like this he thinks
i am an aftertaste
...the Beast moves quietly and slowly
as the others arrive
to inspect the damages
he, beginning a pilgrimage home to die
they...never even seeing him as he goes...
he gathers bricks on the way
to build his next life
next wall...protected..."

PLAY IT LOUD!

I created this music, and the art associated with it. It is my intellectual property. If an individual buys my music, that particular release belongs to them. However, the music itself is still mine. They paid for a copy. If that individual shares the music they purchased with another person/s I am okay with that. Provided of course they share it for free. If a person/s who acquires my music by either purchasing it, or gains a copy which was shared with them by another wishes to use my music for a project which does not gain them profit, I am also okay with that. Prior to using my music for said project, I wish to be notified and credited on the project. If the project is something which would gain the party profits, in addition to being notified, and credited I also would ask for a share of the profit, before giving permission for the use of my music.
