about

an ending... but not the end...

Because being typecast into one genre is lame, and being eclectic is rad!

From 2022: "Started this pre-Covid 19 &
Prior to my Mother's passing

Took hella breaks

The expansive song list is due to creating hella songs in the same time frame. Usually I'd break it up, and spread it out...
This time I didn't. I can't say why, I can be mysterious.

Most of this came from working on a song a day. It was meant to be a month, but it ended up being over 2.

Lost these tracks for awhile, and kept going.
Forgot I lost them, and kept going.
Found them and kept going...

I did tool around with them from time to time. Post production, various remixes, and some experimentation.

I actually probably began work on this in it's most rudimentary form in '15. Either way it's the absolute longest I have worked on any SP release... but it's still sooner than GnR.

Then it was 2021.
The cuts were going to be released...
But I held back...

2022 came, and this sat in the crate.
I knew then, that this would be the send off.
All things... good and bad must end.
I just didn't know when...

2023 came and recently went. And here we are...

The price... I dunno I think 10 bucks for almost 90 songs is a steal. Even if you've never heard of me. What was meant to be eight to a dozen releases... in one volume.

There's a lot going on here. A lot of work and time. So much time that listening to it was like hearing something brand new.

The cover was a place holder... and I kept it. It felt fitting, suitable. It reminded me of old generic labels. Not to diminish the work I have done here.

All in all I am satisfied, and happy I am releasing it.
Good bye for now...
I'll be back."
